The challenge

To communicate the strengths of Odeon to their London audience to firmly place them as the UK’s largest cinema chain with the most cinemas in London. The aim is to communicate that wherever you are in London, there is an Odeon very close by. 

The solution

Working within Odeon’s strict corporate guidelines, the proposals use imagery that is strongly recognisable as London but with a twist. The ‘City of Odeon’ title has a ‘double take’ effect and makes it memorable. The number 24 is emphasised to represent the number of cinemas and a simple map gives a visual representation of the locations.
