The challenge

CIS was the Co-operative Insurance Society before it rebranded to Royal London. They required a design for their staff handbook that was people focussed.

The solution

Stock photography of smart, confident, diverse employees were combined with silhouette figures. A contemporary (at the time!) graphic style was created which made use of motion blur for a dynamic look.
